Exclusive Dinner with the Legendary Haut Brion - Fullerton Bay

Everyone wine lover has heard about the legendary Haut Brion, a true Premier Cru classé produced in Pessac outside of Bordeaux.

However do you know about this history of the Chateau, about the fantastic Clarence Dillon who bought the Chateau and the Haut Brion range pair fantastically with cuisine from all over the world?

During our exclusive evening, we will introduce the Clarendelle range of wines, taste the second wine of Haut Brion and of course taste an Haut Brion 1993!
The team from Haut Brion will be joining you for a fantastic evening and teach you how to best enjoy their creation.

The team at ChateaAsia have worked exclusively with the Chef of La Brasserie at Fullerton Bay to design a menu that will pair with the following 6 wines:
